REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility: At The Bangalore Berry Company, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest-quality fruits. We understand that issues may occasionally arise. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Spoiled or Damaged Fruits: If you receive fruits that are spoiled, damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition upon delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive items that do not match your original order.

2. Refund Request Timeframe: You must report any issues with your order within 24 hours of delivery. Any refund requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Proof of Purchase: To process your refund, we require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at thebangaloreberrycompany@gmail.com or +9176800 23779. Our team will guide you through the process, which may include providing photographs of the issue and, in some cases, returning the items to us.

5. Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: If you paid for your order using a credit card, debit card, or other online payment method, your refund will be credited back to that method.

6. Shipping and Return Costs: At the time of delivery if the product is found to unsuitable as mentioned in [1] Refund eligibility above, customer is requested to return the product to the delivery person and follow the [4] refund process mentioned above.

7. Customer Responsibilities: To ensure the quality of your fruits, please store them properly upon delivery. Report issues as soon as you notice them. Our customer support team will guide you on the best course of action.

8. Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been consumed, partially used, or improperly stored are not eligible for refunds.

9. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters that may affect deliveries, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and work to find a satisfactory resolution for our customers.

10. Changes to the Policy: The Bangalore Berry Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.

11.Cancellation Procedure : We provide to the users, facility to cancel or amend an order. User can do so from the user’s account under the section “My Orders”. Such cancellations or amendments to the order shall be made before the status of the order changes to “Out-for-delivery”. Once the order status has changed to out-for-delivery, order cancellation or amendment is not possible because the delivery person would have already left the warehouse.
